Withdraw
The Customer may exercise the right of unconditional withdrawal from the contract in relation to the product ordered from PERPETUA Europe, as detailed in the Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. The Customer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen calendar days of receipt of the product without giving any reason, except in the following cases, made-to- order pieces:
(a) in the case of a contract for the provision of a service, after the service has been wholly performed, if the undertaking has begun performance with the consumer's express prior consent and the consumer has acknowledged that he loses his right of withdrawal after the service has been wholly performed;
(b) the sale of a product or the provision of a service the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market which are beyond the seller's control;
(c) in the case of a product which is not a prefabricated product, which has been manufactured on the instructions or at the express request of the consumer, or a product which is clearly custom-made for the consumer.

For Express Delivery items: You can enact your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of receiving your original order. You shall announce such right in an expressed statement sent to the Customer Service Team (hello@perpetuaeuropa.com) within the above fourteen (14) day’s deadline. Read more about our Return Policy here. You shall send back the item to us without delay, but within the initial fourteen (14) days upon reception. If your order is not applicable for a free return label, then make sure to keep the waybill or other proof of sending the parcel. The deadlines above shall be regarded as being complied with if you send your statement or the item before the fourteen (14) days has expired. As PERPETUA Europa receives the returned item, a quality control procedure shall take place in order to determine that the returned item is in the same conditions as originally shipped.
Unless your order is eligible for a free return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage and use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not accepting returns sent via regular post from outside of the EU.
We shall refund the price paid for the returned item once it is received by us. We shall not refund such shipping fee, which was chosen by you and was not in line with our usual shipping method.
The refund will be made in the same way as the original method as your payment was made. You will receive a written notification via email that we have received your returned item. Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) day deadline will not be eligible for a refund and will be shipped back to the sender.
Please note that you are not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal when the item was crafted especially upon your own instructions, or on your expressed demand, or in case the item was unambiguously personalized to you.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by a non-consumer entity, i.e. an enterprise, namely such entity which acts in the scope of its profession, independent occupation or its business activity.
If the Customer wishes to use his/her right of withdrawal, he/she must send a clear declaration expressing his/her intention to withdraw (by electronic mail) to PERPETUA Europa using the contact details provided. The consumer will exercise his right of withdrawal within the time limit if he/she sends his/her notice of withdrawal to PERPETUA Europa before the expiry of the time limit indicated above.
PERPETUA Europa will take into account the date of the e-mail notification of the written withdrawal if it is sent to PERPETUA Europa within the time limits specified. In the case of notification by post, PERPETUA Europa will take into account the date of posting, in the case of notification by e-mail, the date of sending of the e-mail for the purpose of calculating the time limit. The Customer shall post the letter by registered mail in order to provide credible evidence of the date of dispatch.

In the event of cancellation, the Customer shall return the ordered product to the address indicated by PERPETUA Europa without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of communication of the cancellation. The time limit shall be deemed to have been observed if the Customer sends (posts or delivers to the courier service ordered by the Customer) the product before the expiry of the 14-day time limit.
The cost of returning the product to the address of PERPETUA Europa shall be paid by the Customer. PERPETUA Europa shall not be able to accept the parcel returned by cash on delivery. Apart from the cost of returning the product, the Customer will not be charged any other costs in connection with the cancellation.
If the Customer withdraws from the contract, PERPETUA Europa will reimburse all the consideration paid by the Customer, including the transport (delivery) costs, without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the Customer's notice of withdrawal, except for any additional costs incurred because the Customer has chosen a transport method other than the cheapest usual transport method offered by PERPETUA Europa. PERPETUA Europa is entitled to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned.
For the refund, PERPETUA Europa will use the same method of payment as that used for the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to use a different method of payment; the Customer will not incur any additional costs as a result of using this method of refund.
The Customer shall be liable for the loss of value of the product if it is due to use beyond the use necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
If the product is returned damaged or used, or if the product has been modified in such a way that it cannot be returned to its factory condition, we will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.
